Clients Praise Ropo’s Implementation Phase – Project NPS at an Excellent Level

Ropo’s implementation projects continue to receive compliments from clients, achieving a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 73 for the year 2024. The critical kickoff phase has been particularly praised, especially for Ropo’s expertise, client-centric approach, smooth execution, and seamless transition to production.

In 2024, Ropo’s client success team managed 94 implementation projects, focusing on modernizing clients’ invoicing workflows, financial oversight, and process transparency. A total of 79 projects were successfully completed during the year, with 15 scheduled for completion in 2025. The average project duration was 4.4 months.

Ropo places a strong focus on the implementation project NPS and client satisfaction regarding our service production procedures, ensuring continuous improvements that make us a reliable and recommendable partner.

Well-Planned Projects and Effective Collaboration

Clients emphasized the value of a carefully structured implementation phase – from kick-off to production – carried out by a professional project team, clear responsibilities, and timely responses to their questions. Ropo’s team was also recognized for its proactivity, commitment throughout the process, and adherence to agreed-upon timelines.

100% of respondents evaluated collaboration during the project as at least good, with 72% rating it as very good. Similarly, 72% gave Ropo the highest score for overall implementation success, while just over 28% rated it as good. Additionally, 96% of respondents assessed the transition to production as either very good or good.

When challenges arose – such as issues with account transitions or data delivery delays – Ropo was recognized for actively implementing solutions, minimizing manual work and disruptions for clients. After the implementation, clients reported only minor issues, all of which Ropo resolved quickly and efficiently.

Client feedback highlights the importance of a clearly defined project scope and understanding the client’s business when reorganizing business-critical processes, including invoicing and sales ledger management, systematic reminder and debt collection procedures, and accounts receivables accounting.

Exceptional NPS and Solution-Oriented Approach

The high Net Promoter Score of 73 achieved in 2024 demonstrates clients’ willingness to recommend Ropo’s services, based on their experience during the implementation phase. Over 80% of the respondents were classified as promoters, giving Ropo a score of 9 or 10 on a scale of 0 to10.

Respondents particularly emphasized Ropo’s flexibility, solution-oriented approach, and expertise as standout qualities.

While the overall feedback was overwhelmingly positive, clients offered constructive suggestions to further enhance Ropo’s implementation phase. They mentioned areas such as providing clearer guidance during document testing and improved direct communication with third parties like software providers were mentioned.

Based on the feedback, we will further develop our implementation process, focusing especially on collaboration with all stakeholders, clear communication, and user materials. The goal is to enhance transparency and improve the transition-to-production experience.
