Jenna plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR-related operations across the organization. As a People Coordinator, her work mainly focuses on supporting both managers and employees in their daily needs while also driving the continuous development of HR processes and ways of working.
By balancing employee needs with organizational development, Jenna helps to create a work environment where people can focus on succeeding in their own roles. Recently, she has been involved in several development initiatives that have helped shape employee experience across the company.
“My recent projects have included working on major system and process changes, including HRIS, time tracking, and payroll partner transitions, while also developing HR processes and workflows in Hailey and improving the efficiency and clarity of key HR practices”, she says.
For Jenna, the most motivating part of her work is seeing how these improvements can positively impact the daily experience of colleagues throughout the organization.
“I’m especially motivated by seeing how improving ways of working makes every day work smoother and more meaningful for others, being able to influence employee well-being and seeing a real impact in daily work.”
When asked to describe Ropo’s culture, Jenna highlights three qualities that stand out to her:
“Ropo is goal-oriented and always looking for ways to improve, but at the heart of it all are the people. The laughter from the coffee room is often a reminder that even during the busiest days, there’s always time to catch up with colleagues and hear how they’re doing.”
These qualities are present every workday – whether one is working at the office or remote. Jenna herself enjoys a flexible working model that allows her to combine the benefits of both.
“My favorite way of working is a mix of both, combining focused remote work with collaboration at the office. It’s always nice to come to the office for great colleagues, good conversations, and the chance to connect with the team.”
