Ropo Signs Invoicing Solution Agreement with Sodvin

Technology company Sodvin AS has signed an agreement with Ropo, alongside Utility Cloud, to implement a fully integrated Ropo One™ Embed solution for managing approximately 100,000 annual invoices across its energy, telecom, and IT services.

Sodvin AS is a regional provider of energy, telecom, and IT services in the Trøndelag municipalities of Heim, Orkland, and Hitra. The company reported NOK 116 million in revenue in 2024 and is owned by the three municipalities together with its customers.

In November, Sodvin and Ropo signed an agreement for a fully integrated Embed solution in Ropo One™, covering invoice delivery, sales ledger management, collection services, as well as end-customer support and analytics tools. The solution is expected to go live during Q1 2026.

One invoicing platform for energy, telecom, and IT services

Through Ropo’s solution, Sodvin will bring together the entire invoice lifecycle into an automated workflow in Ropo One™, gaining full data visibility and strong analytics capabilities. Today, Sodvin processes around 100,000 invoices annually across its different business areas.

In parallel with choosing Ropo, Sodvin is migrating to Utility Cloud as its CIS system for its energy operations. Ropo and Utility Cloud have a close collaboration and currently support energy companies such as the Skandia Group, Bodø Energi, Klarkraft, Nordvest Nett, and Føie in streamlining their invoice processes.
