Anticimex is a modern service company specializing in pest control, food safety, moisture control, home inspections, and fire protection. In Sweden, Anticimex employs around 1,500 people who annually serve approximately two million customers. The collaboration between Anticimex and Ropo has been longstanding, and in 2025 the partnership is evolving significantly. Expanding the partnership creates new opportunities to further optimize operational efficiency.
Anticimex began its collaboration with Ropo in 2009 (then operating under the Posti brand), initially focusing on invoice and document distribution management. Over the years, Ropo has supported not only invoice distribution but also helped Anticimex deliver customer communications, including inspection reports, insurance documentation, and booking confirmations.
Expanded collaboration for an enhanced customer experience
In 2025, Anticimex chose to elevate its partnership with Ropo by building upon existing invoice and document distribution services. By adding debt collection and reminder services, including expert end-customer service, they’ve created an integrated solution that optimizes payment flows and strengthens the customer experience.
“With our expanded collaboration now including receivables management and dedicated end-customer service, we expect enhanced communication and service delivery to our customers,” says Ulf Winberg, CFO of Anticimex Sweden.

Challenges that drive development and success
As with any long-term partnership, there have naturally been some challenges along the way. However, these have proven valuable learning and improvement opportunities that have strengthened both the relationship and business outcomes. Through implementing the Ropo One™ platform and establishing a dedicated customer team, Anticimex and Ropo have enhanced both efficiency and collaboration quality.
Access to the Ropo One™ platform has also driven increased digitalization rates. In 2024, the volume of invoices and documents sent via digital channels, such as Kivra, increased by 32% compared to traditional physical delivery methods.
“The collaboration has evolved significantly over time, and I appreciate how Ropo helps us recognize digitalization opportunities. The intuitive interface in Ropo One™ makes it much easier for us to navigate and manage operations within the system,” explains Ulf.
Looking ahead: expectations that enhance cash flow
With a robust partnership foundation and access to advanced platform capabilities, all conditions are aligned for continued success. A key expectation from the expanded collaboration is improved DSO through accelerated payments and streamlined end-customer service operations. With shared focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction, the objective is to optimize processes while strengthening customer relationships through responsive, professional, and personalized service delivery.
