According to Sanna Liljaranta, Finance and Administration Manager at Tampereen Vesi, the single-partner model has streamlined the invoice lifecycle workflow, reduced manual work, and created a clearly defined operating model with transparent responsibilities. Follow-up and monitoring have also improved, and information, for example, on outgoing invoices and the sales ledger is now easily accessible.

Tampereen Vesi provides daily water services to around 250,000 residents in Tampere and Pirkkala and sends approximately 110,000 invoices annually.
From the customer’s perspective, the process has become much clearer, as all payment-related customer service is now centralized through Ropo. Ropo provides both personal assistance and a comprehensive set of self-service channels.
“Customers now know immediately where to turn. The entire process is also much clearer for our own customer service team,” says Minna Kielinen, Customer Service Specialist at Tampereen Vesi.
