Ekorosk Streamlines Waste Management Invoicing with Ropo

Municipal waste management company Ab Ekorosk Oy has chosen Ropo as its partner to modernize invoice delivery and receivables management. Launched in spring 2026, the collaboration aims to strengthen Ekorosk’s financial processes, reduce manual work, and improve visibility across the entire invoice lifecycle.

As part of the partnership, Ekorosk has adopted Ropo One® Connect, which covers multichannel invoice delivery, payment reminders and collection, as well as customer service for payment-related inquiries.

Ekorosk provides waste management services in ten municipalities across the Ostrobothnia, Southern Ostrobothnia, and Central Ostrobothnia regions, serving approximately 124,000 residents. Yvonne Thodin, Finance Manager at Ekorosk, views invoicing as a key part of delivering a smooth customer experience. The aim of the change is to bring greater clarity to invoicing and support smoother financial workflows.
