Adven Sweden Selects Ropo for End-to-End Invoicing

Adven Sweden has chosen Ropo as its partner for end-to-end invoicing – covering invoice delivery, reminders, collection, and reporting. The new partnership extends Ropo’s long-standing relationship with Adven in Finland into the Swedish market, bringing Adven Sweden’s full invoicing flow onto a single platform through Ropo One® Connect.

The service covers multichannel invoice delivery, automated reminders, collection, and built-in reporting through Ropo OneView®, all delivered on Ropo’s invoicing platform, Ropo One®. For Adven Sweden, the change means moving from a setup spread across several providers to a single, integrated flow.

For Adven Sweden – a leading energy provider with rapidly growing district heating operations and a strong B2C customer base – the partnership is less about switching providers and more about stepping up to a more complete solution. The Ropo One® Connect model automates parts of the invoicing process that were previously handled manually, particularly in the reminder phase, while preserving the differentiated processes that Adven’s customer segmentation requires.
