Aspia Oy Partners with Ropo

Aspia Oy (formerly Accountor Services Oy) has chosen Ropo as its partner to renew and unify its invoicing and receivables management processes. The company specializes in financial administration, payroll, and HR services and is part of the Nordic Aspia Group.

Through the partnership, Aspia has adopted Ropo One® Embed, a service covering the entire invoice lifecycle – from multichannel invoice delivery and sales ledger management to reminder and collection procedures, as well as payment-related customer service.

Built on the Ropo One® platform, the service connects every invoicing and payment process into one seamless flow. The solution brings visibility into every stage of the invoice lifecycle, improves efficiency, and helps optimize cash flow.

According to Tanja Pitko, CFO of Aspia, Ropo stood out in the partner selection thanks to its international reach, its comprehensive service model, and its ability to meet the requirements of Aspia’s diverse invoicing environment.

Aspia sends over 100,000 invoices every year. High volumes call for efficient, easily scalable processes that also support business growth and development.

“The implementation project was completed on the agreed schedule, and the services went live at Aspia at the beginning of 2026. Going forward, we expect the partnership with Ropo to deliver seamless collaboration and strong support in an area that is central to our business,” Pitko says.
