Ropo’s Collection Services Now Available in Hausvise

From 24 September 2026, Ropo’s collection services are directly available in Hausvise, one of Finland’s most widely used property management systems. Property management professionals can activate the service digitally, transfer overdue receivables to Ropo in just a few clicks, and follow the progress of collection cases without leaving Hausvise or logging into a separate system.

Manage collection directly through Hausvise

The integration is designed to make collection management as simple and efficient as possible for property management professionals.

Once a receivable has been transferred to Ropo, Ropo manages the collection process, including payment monitoring, needed collection activities, and customer service related to payment arrangements. Case status remains visible in Hausvise throughout the process, allowing property managers to track progress without additional follow-up steps.

To activate Ropo’s collection service through Hausvise, the organization’s operator must be Maventa.
