Sustainability
At Ropo, sustainability is an integral part of our strategy and values, guiding our operations across all business areas.
Ropo’s business is built on trust. We support our clients by ensuring that critical processes throughout the invoice lifecycle and financial value chain are managed responsibly – from invoice delivery to sales ledger and receivables management.
To safeguard this trust and enable sustainable long-term growth, sustainability is embedded into our business strategy and everyday operations.
Our sustainability work focuses on three key areas: ethical and responsible service delivery, people and an inspiring working environment, and a climate-friendly invoice lifecycle.
Sustainability Reports
We publish an annual sustainability report outlining our key sustainability priorities, progress, and performance indicators.
The report covers Ropo Group companies and operations in Finland, Sweden, and Norway.
Our Code of Conduct
Ropo is committed to responsible business practices and strong ethical principles. As a category leader in end-to-end invoice-to-cash services in the Nordics, we lead by example and promote transparency, accountability, and trust across all our operations.
Our Code of Conduct defines how we operate and guides our decisions and actions. It complements applicable laws and regulations and sets expectations for our employees and partners to act in accordance with our ethical principles and responsible business practices.
Our vision is to make the invoice lifecycle more digital, ethical, and data-driven through sustainable technology and service.
Our sustainability work focuses on our clients, their customers, and our employees. We aim to reduce financial friction, support a healthy payment culture, and continuously improve the way financial processes work for everyone involved.

Our Sustainability Focus Areas
Ethical and Responsible Service Delivery
Our business is guided by legislation, regulations, and Ropo’s ethical principles. We continuously develop our invoice lifecycle management practices and responsible operating models to support fair and sustainable payment processes.

- We operate in a regulated industry and consider all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in everything we do.
- We are committed to transparent operations and responsible cooperation with our clients, authorities, and industry stakeholders.
- We do not accept assignments from consumer credit or payday loan companies, or other businesses whose operations significantly increase the risk of over-indebtedness.
- As part of our responsibilities, we identify our clients and report any suspicions related to money laundering or terrorist financing to the relevant authorities. These measures help prevent the grey economy and other misconduct.
