We also introduced improvements to MyRopo invoice matching and enhanced action query notifications. Ropo One® Developer Portal: integration documentation in one place
We have launched the Ropo One® Developer Portal – a dedicated, public resource for all developers building integrations with Ropo One®. Everything needed to get started and maintain integrations is now available in one place, at all times.
The portal provides centralized, always-up-to-date API documentation covering all three Ropo One® service modules: Embed, Unify, and Connect. Whether onboarding a new integration or maintaining an existing one, the Developer Portal gives technical teams direct access to the resources they need – without waiting for documentation to be shared manually.

The Developer Portal is freely accessible to all – no login required to explore the documentation. API access requires standard Ropo One® credential provisioning through the onboarding process.

Features & Improvements
Action query notifications: direct links to the right task
We have enhanced Ropo One® action query notifications to include direct links that take users straight to the relevant task – no manual navigation required.
Action queries are Ropo One®’s built-in way of keeping teams informed and in control: whenever a case reaches a stage that requires attention or confirmation, an action query notification is issued to alert the client at the right moment. Each notification now contains a direct link that opens the correct task immediately upon login.
Previously, notification links directed users to a general action query page, where the right case still had to be located manually. Now users land directly where they need to be – saving time and reducing unnecessary steps. This is especially valuable for clients managing a large number of profiles.
MyRopo: improved invoice matching
We have improved invoice matching capabilities in MyRopo by expanding the criteria used to connect invoices to the right customer. Users with a MyRopo ID can now add additional matching details, such as phone number and address information, to their profile. When profile information is fully completed and kept up to date, MyRopo can process and route invoices more efficiently, even in cases where a personal identity number is not included in the invoice data. This results in a more complete invoice overview and a smoother experience for the user.
Going forward, MyRopo will display a small red reminder indicator in the menu if the user’s profile is incomplete, making it easier to notice missing information and update details.
With more than 100,000 MyRopo accounts already created, this improvement supports a growing user base and enables even more invoices to be matched with the correct customers as more users complete their profiles.
