Ropo One® Product Updates – September 2026

This month’s Ropo One® update continues the invoice card renewal, introducing four new action query types – Collection query, Reminder query, E-invoicing errors, and Email invoicing errors – that let users communicate directly with Ropo and track responses from within the invoice card, in the same way as the query types already available.

In addition, MyRopo now makes it possible for end customers to start a new message without an invoice number to reference – for example, in situations involving authorizations or third-party officials. We are also introducing a new integration with Hausvise, bringing Ropo’s collection services directly into one of Finland’s most widely used property management systems.

Features & Improvements

Ropo One® invoice card development continues: four new action query types added

The Ropo One® invoice card renewal continues, with four new action query types now available in all countries:

  • Collection query
  • Reminder query
  • E-invoicing errors
  • Email invoicing errors

As with the query types already available on the invoice card, users can communicate directly with Ropo and track responses in one place, without leaving the case.

More query types will follow throughout 2026.

MyRopo: sending a message no longer requires an invoice number

In MyRopo, selecting Message Center opens the Messages page, where end customers can now start a new message even without an invoice number to reference – for example, in death estate cases or other situations involving authorizations or third-party officials.

Selecting “No invoice number / Not my invoice” as the case, along with the relevant subject, lets end customers send files such as receipts, signed certificates, or reports directly to Ropo’s customer service, which responds within one to three working days.

New Integration

New integration: Ropo’s collection services available in Hausvise

Starting September 24, 2026, Ropo’s collection services will be available directly in Hausvise, one of Finland’s most widely used property management systems. The integration enables Hausvise users to activate Ropo’s collection service digitally, transfer overdue receivables to Ropo with just a few clicks, and follow the progress of collection cases directly in Hausvise.

Designed to fit seamlessly into existing workflows, the integration makes it easier to manage overdue receivables without switching between systems. Ropo handles the collection process and customer service related to payment arrangements, while users retain visibility into the status of their assignments through Hausvise.

The service is designed to help minimize payment delays, support cash flow, and reduce the manual work associated with overdue receivables management.

Existing Ropo clients who wish to start using the Hausvise integration can complete the onboarding process through Hausvise.

Country-Specific Updates

Finland

Kivra to be removed as a delivery channel from Ropo by the end of October 2026

Posti is discontinuing Kivra’s digital mailbox service in Finland, and as a result, Kivra will be removed as a delivery channel from Ropo by the end of October 2026. After this, new documents will no longer be delivered to Kivra; they will be routed automatically to the next available delivery channel.

Affected clients were notified directly of this change on September 8, 2026. Kivra remains available to consumers in Finland until December 1, 2026. This change is related to Posti’s April 2026 acquisition of Kivra’s Finnish operations.

Unit prices on Ropo’s service invoices now shown with more precision

Starting October 1, 2026, unit prices for products will be shown on Ropo’s service invoices with four decimal places, instead of two. Four-decimal precision has already been used in the underlying calculations, so this change affects only how prices are displayed on the invoice – not the prices themselves.
