Ropo One® Product Updates – January 2026

Every month, new improvements, features, and capabilities are released across the Ropo One® platform – ensuring that clients’ invoicing operations remain efficient, reliable, and up to date. January’s update introduces new search capabilities, enhanced user permission controls, and several improvements designed to streamline daily invoicing workflows.

New search feature for total debt balance overview

A new view has been added to Ropo One® that displays a customer’s total debt balance with a single search. The current search functionality covers only open receivables – this new feature provides a more accurate overview of a customer’s debt situation by automatically combining both open receivables and unallocated credit invoices. Overpayments can be selected separately as their own column, allowing them to be deducted from the balance to calculate the total debt.

This feature is particularly useful for B2B clients using the Ropo One® Unify service, who manage high volumes of invoices and credit invoices for the same corporate customers.

Enhanced control: new user permission for due date changes

A dedicated user permission has been introduced specifically for changing invoice due dates directly in the invoice card. This allows access levels to be customized more precisely – for example, permitting a user to add comments to invoices while restricting their ability to modify payment terms. This enhancement provides better control over invoicing workflows and helps ensure changes are made only by authorized team members.

Faster credit invoice searches with customer identifiers

Finding credit invoices is now more efficient and reliable. In addition to searching by customer name, credit invoices can now be searched using business IDs, social security numbers (SSN), or customer numbers. This is particularly valuable when customer names change or vary across different invoices. Search results and Excel exports now also display these identifier values, making it easier to verify and track credit invoices.

Better visibility for credit loss management

Credit loss dates are now visible directly in Portal job search results and can be included in Excel exports for better record-keeping and analysis. Mass updates to credit loss dates and credit loss entries for multiple cases can also be performed simultaneously, saving time when managing larger volumes of overdue receivables.


Features & Improvements


Consistent terminology across Ropo One®

Terminology has been standardized throughout Ropo One® to ensure clarity and consistency. All B2C references now use the term “Consumer” across the platform, replacing previous variations such as “private person” or “private.” This refinement makes navigation more intuitive and ensures consistent language across English, Finnish, Swedish, and Norwegian.


Smarter reminder grouping for imported cases

When reminder cases are imported into Ropo One® via integrations or through the API, improved case grouping is now available. Ropo One® can group reminder cases even when they are imported in separate files within a short time period – as long as no reminder letter has been sent yet. This reduces duplicate communications to end customers and improves the overall experience by combining related reminders into a single, clear notification.

Norway

Ropo continues to enhance its legal collection features for the Norwegian market. Recent developments include improved handling of verdict applications, streamlined user interface workflows, and strengthened integration capabilities with collection partners. These enhancements provide Norwegian clients with comprehensive collection management tools, enabling seamless end-to-end receivables management within a single platform.
