Ropo One® Product Updates – October 2026

This month’s Ropo One® update marks the completion of action query handling on the Invoice Card. With the addition of the final three query types – Post Collection without Credit Loss, Missing Identification Information, and Cost Receivable Query (available in Sweden only) – users can now manage all action query types directly from the Invoice Card, making it easier to handle cases and communicate with Ropo in one place.

The update also introduces a new “Processing” payment status in MyRopo, giving customers clearer information about payments awaiting bank confirmation. In addition, more flexible payment plan expiration settings allow Ropo’s clients to accommodate different payment plan policies by adjusting how many overdue installments are permitted before a plan expires. Previously sent letters are now easier to access directly from the Invoice Card, improving visibility into customer correspondence. The October update also includes country-specific news and improvements from Finland and Sweden.

Features & Improvements

Ropo One® Invoice Card development: final action query types added

The development of action query handling on the Ropo One® Invoice Card is now complete. With the addition of the final three query types, all action query types can now be handled directly from the Invoice Card:

  • Post Collection without Credit Loss
  • Missing Identification Information
  • Cost Receivable Query (available in Sweden only)

Ropo One® users can now handle every query type in the same place as the rest of the case, communicate directly with Ropo, and track responses on the Invoice Card without leaving the case. The separate action query page remains available for answering multiple queries at once, where supported.

The improvement makes it easier for Ropo’s clients to manage cases and related communication within a single view.

New “Processing” status provides clearer payment information in MyRopo

MyRopo now provides clearer information about payment status with the introduction of a new “Processing” status.

Previously, an invoice was marked as “Paid” immediately after a payment was initiated successfully through MyRopo. With the new functionality, the invoice status first changes to “Processing,” indicating that the payment has been submitted but has not yet been confirmed through the bank account statement. The status changes to “Paid” once the payment has been received and recorded in Ropo One®.

During processing, customers will see an information banner explaining that the payment is being processed. The invoice details will also display the amount paid with a “Paid (Processing)” label. The open balance will be updated once the payment has been confirmed.

The update provides greater transparency throughout the payment process, helping customers understand the status of their payments and when they have been fully recorded.

More flexible payment plan expiration settings in Ropo One®

Ropo One® now supports more flexible payment plan management by allowing the number of overdue, unpaid installments permitted before a payment plan expires to be configured according to client-specific requirements.

Previously, a payment plan expired when the first installment remained unpaid beyond its due date and the configured grace period. With the new functionality, the permitted number of overdue, unpaid installments can be adjusted to better accommodate different payment plan policies.

The enhancement gives Ropo’s clients greater flexibility in managing payment plans while maintaining consistent automated processing. Existing payment plan settings and expiration rules remain unchanged by default. Clients wishing to change these settings can contact their Ropo representative.

A payment plan will still expire if unpaid installments remain after the final installment’s due date and the configured grace period, even if the permitted number of unpaid installments has not been exceeded.

Sent letters are now easier to access in Ropo One®

Accessing previously sent letters in Ropo One® is now easier. The Sending Queue on the Invoice Card is available without requiring additional configuration changes.

Previously, access to the Sending Queue depended on specific settings being enabled. With this improvement, Ropo One® users can view which letters have been sent to customers and download copies directly from the Sending Queue on the Invoice Card.

The update provides better visibility into customer correspondence and makes it easier to review previously sent communications in one place.

Improved due date validation for Autogiro payments in Ropo One®

Changing the due date of an Autogiro payment in Ropo One® is now more reliable, thanks to improved date validation and clearer user guidance.

Previously, users could select a weekend date when changing an Autogiro payment due date, even though Bankgiro only accepts banking days. This could result in the requested change being rejected and the original due date remaining unchanged.

With the update, Ropo One® users can only select valid banking days when changing an Autogiro due date. The system also provides information about additional restrictions that may apply once the payment initiation has been sent to Bankgiro.

The improvement helps prevent unsuccessful due date changes, reduces processing errors, and makes the amendment process clearer for users.
