Helgeland Kraft Streamlines Invoicing with Ropo

Helgeland Kraft has chosen Ropo to manage invoicing processes for its 50,000 electricity customers in Norway. The energy group aims to improve automation and standardize its operations across Norway and Sweden by managing invoice delivery and debt collection through a single platform.

Helgeland Kraft is one of Norway’s largest regional energy groups, supplying electricity to approximately 50,000 residential and business customers across the country.

Through its ownership of Storuman Energi in Sweden, the group serves an additional 50,000 electricity customers. With its new partnership with Ropo, Helgeland Kraft aims to standardize solutions and processes across both countries.

The partnership brings invoice delivery, payment reminders, and debt collection together in one integrated solution on Ropo’s proprietary technology platform, Ropo One®. The solution is closely integrated with UtilityCloud, the customer information system (CIS) used by both Helgeland Kraft in Norway and Storuman Energi in Sweden.
